Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders promptly to ensure the fastest possible delivery, particularly during peak seasons. Orders may be processed within an hour of being placed.

Once an order has been processed and submitted to our supplier, we are unable to change or cancel it, even if the request is made on the same day.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on our cushion covers and beanbag covers. Delivery times vary depending on the product, location and time of year. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for some locations, or up to 21 business days during peak seasons.

Our beanbag covers are supplied unfilled, allowing you to choose your preferred comfort and firmness. Beanbag filling can be purchased locally from retailers such as Big W, Kmart or Spotlight.

Separate inner liners are available to purchase and are recommended for our floating beanbags. Please check individual product descriptions for filling quantities and what's included.

Place a correctly sized breathable mesh inner liner inside the outer cover before filling. Add bean bag filling to approximately 70–80% capacity, unless the individual product instructions state otherwise. Securely close both zips.

Inner liners are sold separately unless specifically stated on the product page. Always follow the individual product's filling and care instructions.

How can Big Chill float in the pool if the fabric isn't waterproof?

Our Big Chill Floating Bean Bag Loungers are designed to float comfortably on the surface of swimming pools, without needing to be completely waterproof.

The durable, water-resistant outdoor fabric is suitable for pool use, and some water may enter through seams or zips. This is normal for this type of floating bean bag.

For the best floating experience, we recommend a separate breathable mesh inner liner to contain the filling and assist with drainage and drying.

Simply remove your Big Chill from the pool after use, allow it to drain and dry thoroughly, and store undercover when not in use.

Can all your outdoor beanbag covers float in a swimming pool?

No. Only our beanbag covers specifically described as suitable for floating are designed for swimming pool use, including Big Chill, Big Bertha XXL and Mykonos Large.

Other styles are designed for comfortable poolside and outdoor lounging, not for use in the water.

Always check the individual product description before purchasing. Floating beanbags are not lifesaving devices, and children must be supervised around water.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can assist you in accordance with your Australian Consumer Law rights.
